<br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT OF SALE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that C. Fennet Swanson and Carol E.
<br />Swanson, husband and wife, of Howard County, Nebraska, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of One and No/100 ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration
<br />to us in hand paid, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other
<br />good, valuable, and sufficient consideration, do hereby transfer, assign, and
<br />set over to the Grand Island Production Credit Association, all of our right,
<br />title, and interest in and to a certain Installment Sale Contract given by
<br />Mark E. foreman and Loa N. Foreman, husband and wife, to the undersigned
<br />C. Fennet Swanson and Caroi E. Swanson, bearing the-date of March 26th, 1971,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, on the
<br />9th day of August, 1972, in Book 23 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 331, of
<br />said office, in and to all of the rights, covenants, and conditions therein con-
<br />tained, and in and to the property therein described, to-wit:
<br />The South Three Hundred Sixty (S 360} Acres of Section
<br />Tfiree (3), Township Twelve (12}, North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to reservations and easements of record:
<br />subject to the obligations imposed, provided however, that when all of the
<br />obligations incurred by the hereinbefore named parties in favor of the Grand
<br />Island Production Credit Association are satisfied and paid in fui}, then
<br />this Assignment is to be null and void and of no further force and effect.
<br />TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grand Island Production
<br />Credit Association, its successors and assign forever.
