<br />ASSIfNMENT OF CONTRACT OF SALE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that C. Fennet Swanson and Carol E.
<br />Swanson, husband and wife, of Howard County, Nebraska, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of One and NoJ100 ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration
<br />to us in hand paid, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good
<br />valuable, and sufficient consideration, do hereby transfer, assign, and set
<br />over to the brand Island Production Credit Association, all of our right, title,
<br />and interest in and to a certain Installment Sale Contract given by Harold L.
<br />Foreman and Laura J. Foreman, husband and wife, to the undersigned C. Fennet
<br />Swanson and Carol E. Swanson, bearing the date of March 26th, 1971, and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Clerk of Hali County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of August,
<br />1972, in Book 23 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 334, of said office, in and
<br />to all of the rights, covenants, and conditions therein contained, and in and
<br />to the property therein described, to-wit:
<br />The East Half (E 2) of Section Four (4), Township Twelve
<br />(12), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting thai part conveyed
<br />to School District #64, all in Ha71 County, Nebraska:
<br />subject to the obligations imposed, provided however, that when all of the
<br />obligations incurred by the hereinbefore named parties in favor of the brand
<br />island Production Credit Association are satisfied and paid in full, then this
<br />Assignment is to be nail and void and of no further force and effect.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grand Island Production Credit
<br />Association, its successors and assign forever.
