<br />I, Esther J. Sanders, Recording Secretary of Trinity United
<br />Fiethodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, a religious Corporation,
<br />being first duly sworn, do hereby certify„ under oath, that the follow-
<br />ing instruments herein set forth in their entirety, insofar as the sale
<br />of the Church property at 309 North Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and described as the Northerly Sixty-six (66) feet of Lot Five (5), and
<br />the Northerly Sixty-six (66) feet of the Westerly Forty-four (44) feet
<br />of Lot Six {6), in Block Fifty-four (54), in the Original Town, now City,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, is concerned, are true, correct and complete
<br />copies of the originals of such instruments; that each of the persons
<br />who executed such instruments was the duly authorized, respective offic-
<br />ial holding the position indicated by the title shown after his or her
<br />respective name; that the Resolution authorizing such sale and such
<br />other matters pertaining thereto is set forth in full in the minutes of
<br />such respective meeting; that an announcement of the purpose of the meet-
<br />ing, and of the sale of such property was given not less than ten days

<br />same in the Church's publication, "Trinity Tidings," on August 3, 1977,
<br />and August 17, 1977, mailed to all members of the Charge Conference and
<br />to all members of the Church Conference; and further notice by announce-
<br />ment £rom the puigit by a Minister of said Church at each of the regular
<br />Church services on the following Sundays, August 7, 1477, August 14, 1477,
<br />and August 21, 1977, and on the following Mondays, August 8, 1977,
<br />August 15, 1977, and August 22, 1977, and by aublishing the notice in
<br />the Church bulletins on each of said dates, and by pasting the notice on
<br />the bulletin boards of said Church on each of said dates; which was for
<br />moze than ten days prior to the date of the meeting on August 23, 1977,
<br />azd not aver fifty days prior to the meetings, as required by the
<br />Discipline of The Ur_ited Methodist Church, and as required by the Statutes
<br />of Nebraska; and that said instruments are as follows, namely:

<br />Church, do hereby call a Sgecial Session of the Chazge Conference of
<br />said Church, and a Sgecial Session of the Church Conference of said

<br />August 23, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock, P.M „ for t+*~e propased action of vot-
<br />ing on the sale of the Northerl,~ Sixty-Six {66) feet of Lot Five (5), and
<br />the Northerly Sixty-Six (65) Feet of the Westerly Forty-Four (44) Feet of
<br />Lot Six (6), in Block Fifty-Facer {53), in the Origina3 Town, paw City, of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, also known as the Gollaher Building, located at
<br />309 North Pine Street, in said City, for such sum as the Board of Trustees
<br />of said Chum shall determine to be fair and reasonable, and to such per-
<br />san, persons, firm oz corporation as shall be determined by the said Board
<br />of Trustees. The reasan for the sale is that said progerty has recently
<br />been received by the Church from the Estate of Mary E. Gbllaher, deceased,
<br />and it is believed that it wouid be for the best interests of the Church
<br />if such property was sold and the proceeds invested as determined by the
<br />Berard of Trustees. Notice of the Sgecial 'ieetings, and the purpose for
<br />which the ~e"rings are called, shall be given not ices than ten days nor
<br />more than fifty days before the date of the meetings, by mailing printed
<br />notices to each meter entitled to vote at such meetings, in the Church
<br />publication, "Trinity Tidings", on tape following isednesdays: August 3,
<br />1977, and August 17, 3977. Additional notice shall be given by printing
<br />in the Church's weekly bulletin, and announcement from the pulpit, and
<br />pasting on the builEtin boards, on the rollowing Sundays: August 7, 1977,
<br />August 14, 1977, and August 21, 1377, and on the following Mondays:
<br />August 8, 1977, August 15, and August 22, 1977.
