<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEED
<br />7HIS DEED is made by LESTER LOESCHER and MARTHA HEIMBUCH as Per-
<br />sonal Representatives of the Estate of Olga Leescher, Deceased, Grantors,
<br />to STEVEN M. MJ4SON, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Olga Loescher, Deceased,
<br />was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representatives of
<br />said Estate and are new qualified and acting in said capacity, and
<br />WHEREAS, by the terms of the decedent's last Will and Testament,
<br />said Personal Representatives are authorized and empowered to sell the dece-
<br />dent's real property and have sold the same to the above Grantee,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of the decedent's Last Will and
<br />Testament and in consideration of the sum of Twenty-four Thousand Five Hundred
<br />Dollars ;$24,500) received from the Grantee, the undersigned do hereby grant,
<br />bargain, Setl, convey and Confirm Unto STEVEN M. MASON, Grantee, the fvllowir~-y
<br />described real property:
<br />The Northerly Forty-eight Feet (N48') of Lot Ten (70),
<br />in Bloek Nine (g), in Gilbert's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, tebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all right, title,
<br />interest and claim whatsoever of said deceased in and to said property.
<br />To have and to hole the abave described premises and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantors hereby covenant thai
<br />the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien, tax or
<br />encumbrance.
