CHAMBERLIN, husband and <br />wife, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the <br />sum Of FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NOJ100 BOLLARS <br />(57,500.00) received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto KENNETH R. HODTWALKER and RUTH L. <br />HODTWALKER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of sur- <br />vivorship and not as tenants in common, the following-described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Twelve (12), Block One {1), of Ross-Ashton <br />Park Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with alI the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns <br />forever.
