<br />~g.~;l~C~42~$ <br />8. Further Advances. Upon request of Mortgagor, <br />Mortgagee may, at its option, make additional and future <br />advances to Mortgagee. Such advances, with interest thereon, <br />shall be secured by this Piortgaoe, and this Mortgage shall be <br />security not only for the amount of the promissory note above <br />described, but also far all future and additional advances <br />which may be made to the Mortgagor by the Mortgagee up to the <br />amount of the said promissory note stated in this Mortgage, to <br />the same extent as advances originally made on the promissory <br />note. <br />9. Miscellaneous Provisions. <br />(a) Any forebearance in exercising any right or <br />remedy shall not be a waiver thereof. <br />(b) All remedies provided herein are distinct and <br />cumulative to any other right afforded by law or equity and <br />may be exercised concurrently, independently or successively, <br />and the Mortgagee is under no obligation to first resort to <br />or exhaust its remedies against any other person, or to resort <br />to or exhaust its remedies against any other collateral, <br />Se%urity yr propc-ty whats^v°cv°cr ~c..u~.n^y th€ obl:^yat:....., <br />secured by this Mortgage. <br />(c} The covenants and agreements contained herein <br />shall bind, and the rights inure to, the respective successors <br />and assigns of the Mortgagor-and the Mortgagee. <br />(d) A17 covenants and agreements of the Mortgagor <br />are joint and several. <br />(e} The headings of the paragraphs of this Mortgage <br />are far convenience only and shall not be used to interpret or <br />define the provisions Hereof. <br />10. Release.
