79- Ut~41$9 PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE KNOW RLL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that I, IHELMA RA5MUSSEN, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, the surviving joint tenant, as the Mortgagee in the certain Mortgage Deed, here- inafter described, do hereby certify that the said Mortgage Deed, which is dated the 20th day of December, 1968, made and executed by Harne Trade Corp., as Party of the First Part, to Roy Rasmussen and Thelma Rasmussen, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right cf survivorship, as Party of-the Second Part, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 147, at Page 462 of the records of said Office, is> as to so much of the property herein described, to-wit: Lot four {4), Woodland First Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged. This Release is given on the express terms and condition that it shall in no wise affect the lien of the above mentioned mortgage on the remaining lard described in said Mortgage, but shall only be construed as a Release from the lien of said Mortgage of the land above described.
