79-.~ ~ ~ ~ 1 ~ ~ SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />HILDA FINK and GEORGE FINK, wife and husband, each in her <br />and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the <br />Grantors, in consideration of TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSANC FIVE AUNDRED <br />AND NOJ100 DOLLARS ($28,500.00) received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LAWRENCE M. TYLKOWSKI and <br />CONNIE J. TYLKOWSKI, husband and wife, as joint tenants with <br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein caned <br />the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Southerly Eight Feet (8') of Lot Five (5) and <br />the Northerly Forty-Two Feet (42') of Lot Six (6) <br />in Block Two (2) in Sothman's Subdivision to the <br />City o£ Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska which <br />premises are more particularly described as Parts <br />of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Two (2) of <br />Sothman°s Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, described as: Commencing at a point <br />on the Easterly line of said Lot Five (5), Eight feet <br />Northwesterly of the Southeast corner of said Lot <br />Five (5) running thence in a Southwesterly direction <br />along a line parallel to the Southerly line of <br />said-Lot Five (5), a distance of 125 feet to the <br />Westerly line of said Lot, thence in a Southeasterly <br />direction along the Westerly line of said Lots Five <br />(5) and Six (6), a distance of 50 feet, thence in <br />a Northeasterly direction along a line parallel to <br />the Southerly line of said Iot Five (5), a distance <br />of 125 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot Six (6) <br />then in a Northwesterly direction along the Easterly <br />line of said Lots Five (5) and Six (6), a distance <br />of 50 feet to the point of beginning. <br />TO-HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the surviā¢~or of them forever. <br />-And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated 1/9~79~. ~ <br />~~> ,~1~-yam . <br />Hilda Fink <br />~ . <br />L,t n <br />s' Georg ink ~--:t <br />StA'T~~ ~tTAC-'1~ <br />-1- <br />NEBRASKA DQCUMENTARY <br />sTaM~ Tax <br />.lUN 281979 <br />~3 <br />5.~ BY~., <br />
