<br />+ together with al] the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate,
<br />title, Bawer, right of homestead, claims and demands whatsoever of the said Mortgagor, in or to said premises
<br />or any part thereof; and Mortgagor does hereby covenant that said Mortgagor is lawfully seized of said prem-
<br />ises; that said premises are free from all liens and encumbrances except as otherwise noted herein, and that
<br />Mortgagor will warrant and defend the title to said premises against the claims and demands of all persons
<br />whomsoever.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said mortgagee, provided always, and these presents are upon the ex-
<br />press condition that if the said mortgag or shall pay in fu)1 to said mortgagee a promissory note dated
<br />June 19 192 for $ 4193.213 payable in instalments according to the terms thereof, the final
<br />instalment of which is due on Jtme 25 19~ which includes interest at the rate of ~4~~1. per
<br />month on that part of the unpaid principal balance not in excess of $300, 2~i~ per month on that part of the

<br />cipal balance, and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, before the same becomes
<br />delinquent, then these presents to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full Force.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that a failure to pay any of said money, either principal or interest, when the
<br />same become due, or a failure to comply with any of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole sum of
<br />money herein st~t;ureil to become due and collectible at once at the option of the mortgagee.
