<br />received from grantee, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Brentwood Lake, Inc.
<br />herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in

<br />Property described in legal description attached hereto and
<br />incorporated by reference.
<br />This property is being deeded by grantors with the restriction and condition
<br />that if said property is used for a purpose other than a private lake as set
<br />forth in the restrictive covenants of Brentwood Subdivision, and Brentwood
<br />Second Subdivision, or is sold or conveyed to anyone by the grantee herein,
<br />the grantors, or the survivor thereof, during their iifetimes shall have the
<br />right to purchase said premises described in this deed from Brentwood Lake,
<br />Inc. for the purchase price of one dol-lay. Upon written notice to grantors
<br />from Brentwood Lake, Inc. of its intention to so change the use, or sell,or
<br />convey said premises, grantors shall have 30 days from receipt of written
<br />notice to reject or excercise the right to purchase as described above.
<br />To ha~•e and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements; hereditaments
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
