<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the
<br />x CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a perpetual
<br />easement and right-of-way to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />and remove underground electrical utility distribution lines, conduit,
<br />conductors; cables, terminals, transformers, and other fixtures, equip-
<br />-rent, necessary surface m~rkers, and Other appurtenances, ~a upon, vv~ ,
<br />along, across, underneath, and through a tract of land heated in part
<br />of the Conestoga North Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />-more particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly sixteen (16) feet of the westerly one
<br />hundred-four (104) feet of the southerly fifty-four
<br />(54) feet of the northerly seventy-eight (78) feet of
<br />Lot Two (2); and
<br />The easterly fourteen (14) feet of the westerly one
<br />hundred eighteen (118) feet of the southerly sixteen
<br />(15) feet of the northerly seventy-eight (78) feet of
<br />Lot Twa (2), all located in the said Conestoga North
<br />Subdivision, said tracts containing 0.02 acre, more
<br />or less, as shown on the plat dated 6/8J79, marked
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto-and incorporated herein by
<br />reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and
<br />egress to the land above described for the exercise of all the rights
<br />herein granted, including clearing and keeping clear of all tzees, roots,
<br />fences, buildings, and other obstructions thereon.
<br />Any -such appurtenances placed by the Grantee underneath, on, or
<br />-above the tract of land above described shall remain the property of
<br />the Grantee.
<br />The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrat-
<br />ors, successors and assigns hereby covenant that no structure shall be
