WOLFE <br />„r- .. _ <br />7'g,.~ ~ ~~~ t~ ~ $ EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />S 27,000.00 <br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory <br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, E. Dean Wolfe and Judith A. Wolfe, <br />Husband and Wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, hereby <br />covenant and agree to pay to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/Z00 DOLLARS <br />($27,000.00), together with interest thereon at Eleven Per Cent (11%) per annum <br />from the date hereof, such sum to be payable on the 14th day of June, 1980. <br />Interest shall be payable semi-annually on the 14th day of December, 1979, and the <br />14th day of June, 1980. <br />' The original principal note in the amount of Thirty Thousand and no/I00 Dollars <br />($30,000.00), was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of <br />June 17, 1977, to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and was due and payable on the 14th dap of December, 1477, together with interest <br />at 9% per annum and secured by a Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank <br />of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as Document If77-603373 on <br />June 21, 1977, in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned agree to pay such extended balance of principal of Twenty-Seven <br />Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($27,000.00), together with interest thereon at Eleven <br />Per Cent (li%) per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful money <br />of the United States of America at The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />A11 of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate <br />Mortgage above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect during such extended period. If default <br />be made in payment of any yearly installment hereunder, or any part thereof, <br />the whole principal sum with interest thereon, shall immediately become due and <br />payable at the election of the legal holder thereof. <br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such.,,indebtedness, <br />we hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded as Document i~77-003373 in the <br />real estate mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, a mortgage lien upon the <br />real property described therein and the whole of the title thereto as now owned <br />by us. <br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the <br />faith and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in <br />or hereafter may acquire; the express intention being to charge and tc continue <br />to charge any and all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the <br />payment of which is herein extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto set their hands this 14th day <br />of June, 1979. <br />E.
