79-iU (~ 3 9 U 3 <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />RAYMOND W. PFENNING and DEBRA PFENNING, as joint tenants, herein- <br />after called h~ rtgagors, d^ hereby grant a mortgage t^ ISEMAN DIVISION <br />OF l1NZTED STATES INDJSTRIES, ING., hereinafter called Mortgagee, on the <br />fallowing described real estate: <br />Lot Twenty two (22), Argo Fourth <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This mortgage is granted in conjunction with a certain Retail Installment <br />Contract executed by N~ rtgagors, ^n the 22nd day of July, 1977, as addi- <br />tional security For the payment of $31,552.64 according to the terms of <br />said Retail Installment Contract. <br />Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real <br />property. Tf Mortgagor fails to pay such taxes and assessments, "'.ortgagee <br />may pay such taxes and the amount so advanced with interest at nine percent <br />per annum shall b~: secured by this mortgage. <br />In case of default in the payment of the principal sum or any in- <br />stallment thereof or of any interest thereon when the same shall become <br />due or in case of the non-payment ^f any texas or assessments, Mortgagee <br />may at the option of Mortgagee, without notice, at any time during the <br />continuance of such default or breach, declare the whole debt secured by <br />this mortgage to be immediately due and payable and may :oreclose this <br />mortgage. <br />Tn the event of default in the performance of any of the terms and <br />conditions of this mortgage or the Retail Installment Contract secured by <br />it, the Mortgagee shall be entitled to immediate possession ^f the property <br />above described and alI the rents, revenue and income derived therefrom <br />during such time as the mrrtgage indebtedness remains unpaid shall be <br />applied by the Mortgagee to the payment of the Retail Installment Contract <br />and all ^ther sums secured hereby after deduction of any necessary costs <br />of collection. <br />Dated: August ;, ~ , 1977. <br />L <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL... ) <br />~~ <br />RAYMO9~l W.
