<br />79- UU3823 <br />REAL ESTdTE MORTGAGE <br />Lyle E. Juett and Ethel L. Juett, as joint tenants, hereinafter called <br />Mortgagors, do hereby grant a mortgage to ISEMAN DIVISION OF U.S. INDUSTRI~, <br />INC., hereinafter called Mortgagee, on the following described real estate: <br />Lot 14 Block 1, Dale Roush 2nd <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This mortgage is granted in conjunction with a certain Retail Installment <br />Contract executed by Mortgagors, on the 20th day of May, 1979, as additional <br />security for the payment of 537,555.20 according to the terms of said Retail <br />Installment Contract. <br />Mortgagor shall gay all taxes and asseasmente levied upon said real pro- <br />perty. If Mortgagor fails to pay such taxes and assessments, Mortgagee may <br />pay such taxes and the amount so advanced with interest at nine percent gar <br />annum shall be sutured by this mortgage. <br />In case of default in the payment of the principal sum or any install- <br />ment thereof or of ax{y interest thereon when the same shall become due or in <br />case of the non-payment of any taxes or assessments, Mortgages may at the <br />option of Mortgagee, xithout notice, at aq}* tiros during the continuance of <br />such default or breach, declare the whole debt secured by this mortgage to <br />he immediately due and payable and. may foreclose this mortgage. <br />In the event of default in the performance of any of the terms and con- <br />ditions of this mortgage of the Retail Installment Contract secured by it, <br />the Mortgagee shall be entitled to immediate possession of the property above <br />described and all the renty-, reverrue and income derived therefrom during such <br />time as the mortgage indebtedness remains unpaid shall be applied by the <br />Mortgagee to the payment of the Retail Installment Contract and all other sums <br />secured hereby after deduction of any necessary costa of collection. <br />Dated: May ~, 1979. ,~,'~~~ <br />e E. ue t ~'~ <br />STATE OF NEBRASl(A ~ e~ t <br />ss., <br />COUNTY OF IIAT.L... <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified for said county, personally came <br />Lyle E.;l!ustt and Ethel L.
