Building Corporation, and its successor, The Grand Island YMCA Holding Corporation, not- for-profit corporations organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, in consid- eration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00) received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, a Municipal Corpora- tion, Grantee, the following described property in Hall County, Nebraska: Loi: Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Two (2) Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and that part of North Wash- ington Street Lying adjacent to and westerly of Lot 4, Block 2, in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, being a tract of lard Forty (40) feet by One Hun- dred Thirty-Two (132) feet. To have and to hold the. above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and its assigns forever, Grantors for itself and its successors does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's assigns that Grantor is law- fully seised of said premises; that they are free from encum- brance except easements and restrictions of record; that Grantor has good and lawful authority to convey the same; that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to the premises against the lawful claims of all persons whosoever.
