<br />79- U(-378f~ <br />NEBRASKA MORTGAGE. <br />THIS PfORTGAGF., made this 1,Sth day of _June ~_, 1979, by and <br />between Robert D. Puller, a single oerson, Byron T. Wali.er, a4sin~le person <br />and Ada M. Kohn, a single person <br />of the County of Hall, and State of *Febraska, for the purpose of this instrument <br />hereinafter called MORTGAGOR, and RAYFiOND ~, BAKER & BETTS J. BAKER, husband <br />and wife, of Grand Island, iebraska, for the purpose of this instrument herein- <br />after called PiORTGAGF.E: <br />WITNESSETH: That said Portgagor for and in consideration of the sum <br />of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and no/100 ($2,700.00) DOLLARS, <br />paid to sai3 Mortgagor by said Mortgagee, the receipt of which is hereby acknaw- <br />ledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto tl;e said <br />Mortgagee, his successors and assigns, all of the following described real estate <br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Fractional Lot Taro (2) in Fractional Block One Hundred ?twenty (120) <br />is Railroad Addition, and its complement to-wit: Fractional Lot <br />Two (2) in Fractional Block Twenty (20) in Arnold and Abbott's <br />Addltion, both being additions to the City of Grand island, Hali <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This mortgage shall be second and subject to a mortgage heretofore <br />executed b^ the Mortgagor to the Enuitable Building & Loan Company, of Grand <br />Island, ebraska, in the amount of ??ineteen Thousand Five $undred E1¢hty-;Siz <br />and 46/100 DOLLARS {S19~5$6,46}. This mortgage shall all be subject to all <br />rights, reservations, easements and exceptions of record, with reference to <br />the property hereby conveyed. <br />The principal balance of this martRage outstanding under [he 'NOTE <br />secured hereby shall become and be inenediately due and pavahle at the option <br />of the holder of the`OTE if the MorLpagors should sell or convey the premises <br />without prior written consent of the holder of the ynT£. Failure to nay any <br />of the installments payable at the time when payable as set out upon the ^OTE, <br />which this mortgage secures, shall also result in this mortgage beir.R immediately <br />due and payable at the option of the holder cf the i:OTL. The right of the <br />Ylortgagee to declare the 2,~TE enti_ely dse and payable may be exercised at any- <br />time upon Defauit of the Mortgagor and the acceptance of one or more install- <br />meats made by the Mortgagoz shall not constitute a Waiver of the ?eOTF, holder's <br />option. <br />
