79- ut,~73~ <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />STEVE M. HALPIN and MARGARET J. HALPIN, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of SEVENTY THOUSAND <br />AND NOJ100 DOLLARS ($70,000.00) received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto BILLY D. JUSSEL and <br />BETTY 3. JUSSEL, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the <br />Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hali County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Southerly Sixty-eight Feet (68') of Lot One (1) <br />in Block Forty-eight (48) in Russel Wheeler's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority tc convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that 9.n the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />.~ <br />Dated ~ (,r"`~~.Q j 1979. <br />r, <br />~ 1(Yl f~ '~~~ <br />Steve M.
