<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED ~~~~~ ~„{~~~
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that DONALD L. STUMFFF, AS
<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EFFIE IRENE BINTZ, DECEASED,
<br />and pursuant to authority granted him by the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebras',:a, by its Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property
<br />dated May 16, 1979, in consideration of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE
<br />HUNDRED and no/100 Dollars ($25,500.00) in hand paid to him by the
<br />Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto ALBERT A. GROTZKY
<br />AND BEVERLY J. GROTZKY, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the
<br />following-described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Three (3) in Hann's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br />unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br />or demand whatsoever of the said Effie Irene Bintz of, in and to the
<br />same, or any part thereof, subject only to easements and restrictions
<br />of record;
<br />The intention of all parties hereto being that in the event of
<br />the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to
<br />the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the said
<br />Albert A_ Grotzky and Beverly J. Grotzky, husband and wif e, as joint
<br />ter_ants with right cf survivorship, and to their assigns, or to the
<br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever; and the Grantor
<br />hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levaed against the Estate
<br />of Effie Irene Bintz, Deceased, and does hereby warrant that he will
<br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Donald L, Stumpff, as Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of Effie Irene Bintz, Deceased, has caused these presents
