<br />VERNA F. DIBBERN and ELAINE E. GRAHAM, the duly appointed and
<br />qualified Personal Corepresentatives under the probated last Will of
<br />Herman J, Lautenschlager, deceased, acting under Letters of Personal
<br />Coregresentatives issued to them on November 17, 1978, and under the
<br />last Will and Codicil to last Will of Herman J. Lautenschlager,
<br />deceased, duly admitted to probate in the County Court of Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 17, 1978, Grantors, in consideration of NINE
<br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($900.00} received from THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, a
<br />municipal corporation, Grantee, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto the Grantee the following described real estate situated in Ha11
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land thirty feet (30') in width along the west
<br />line of a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />jN~ SE:) of the Northeast Quarter (uF~), Section Nineteen
<br />(19), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of
<br />the 6th P.M, in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE; NE's) of
<br />Sectior_ Nineteen (19), thence northerly 610.63 feet along
<br />the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (SE's NE's) to the actual point of beginning; thence
<br />continuing northerly along the west line of said .Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEa NEB) to a point of
<br />intersection with the north line of 13th Street, as platted
<br />and recorded in the City of Wood River, Nebraska; thence
<br />easterly 30 feet along the north line of said 13th Street,
<br />if extended easterly;"thence southerly 192 feet along a line
<br />parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SE's NE's); thence westerly 30 feet to the
<br />actual point of beginning, containing approximately .132 acres,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, and all applicable zoning
<br />laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
