Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P. M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of Block 7, Unit <br />One, Continental Gardens, said point being fifty-nine (59) <br />feet North of the Northeast C°rner of Block 6, Continental <br />Gardens; thence N DO° 44' 00" E (assumed hearing) a distance <br />of one hundred seventy-one (171) feet; thence N89° 16' DO" W <br />a distance of forty-two and one-hundredths (42.01) feet; <br />thence N00° 44' 00" E.a distance of one hundred sixt~-nine <br />and fifty-seven hundredths (169.57) feet; thence S89 16' 00" <br />E a distance of one hundred five (105) feet to a point on <br />the West line of Block 1, Continental Gardens; thence S <br />00° 44' 00" W along the West line of said Block 1 a distance <br />of seventy and ninety-one hundredths (70.91) feet; thence <br />S 42° 10' 3~" E along the West line of said Block 1 a distance <br />of sixty-one and seven-tenths (61.70) feet; thence S OD° 44' <br />00" W along the West line of said Block 1 a distsuce of two <br />hundred twenty-five and twenty-one hundredths (225.21) feet <br />to the Southwest Corner of said Block 1; thence N88° 52' 00" <br />W a distance of one hundred five (1D5) feet to the point of <br />beginning, and containing 0.895 acre, more °r less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such Citv for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known as Block 7, Unit Two, Continental Gardens, desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, <br />and propose to cause the plat cf such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowl- <br />edged by such owner, certified as to accuracy °f survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use of the <br />public forever, of the easements to public utilities. in consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said Block 7, Unit Two, Continental <br />Gardens, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of <br />- 1. - <br />. ~-<'; , <br />
