79-- ~l~36~7 QUITCLAIM DEED Cleo Beberniss, unmarried, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and sufficient consideration received from Grantees, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, conve,• and confirm unto Rudy Koch and Maxine Xoch, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following-described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: All my right, title and interest in the accretion land 3ocated to the south of Lot Six {6) in the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Section Twenty-Eight (28}, Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. as more fully shown in the office of the Hali County Assessor as containing 6.7 acres and which is assessed for real estate taxes with the taxes assessed against said Lot Six (6) and on which Grantor herein and his predecessors in title have been paying real estate taxes. TC HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns and to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire title conveyed hereby shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
