<br />1. Yfilliam F. Sehuppan.and Orman L. Schuppan, husband and wife, are the record
<br />owners of the following described real estate situated in N.a11 County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest i~uarter (Ntti~ Nlr;)
<br />of Section 27, Township 10 North, Range 9 Nest of the 6th P.?~., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Referring to the 739E corner of the NV~4 of the NW~ of said Section 27, thence
<br />easterly on the north line of said NW; of the NYY~ °n an assumed 'gearing of
<br />N 90° OG~ 00" E a distance of 112.00 feet to the point of beginning, said
<br />point being on the easterly right-of way line of Old U.S. Highway #281; thence
<br />continuing easterly on the north line of said 2IPV~ of the h'V4;, bearing N 90°
<br />00+ 00" E a distance of 266.20 feet; thence southerly bearing S 0° 23~ 00" W
<br />a distance of 500.00 feet; thence westerly bearing N 90° 00~ 00" W a distance
<br />of 265.18 feet to a point on the easterly Old U.S. Highway #281 right-of-way
<br />line, said point being 113.02 feet easterly from the west line of said NA~ cf
<br />the NW's; thence northerly on said right-of way line bearing N 0° 15f 59" E a
<br />distance of 500,00 feet to the DOint of beginning; said tract containing 3.011
<br />acres more or less, the northerly 33 feet being county road right-of-way.

<br />public record that William F. Schuppan and Orman L. Schuppan, husband and wife, have
<br />sold the above described real estate to Harry J. Romans and Ellen C. Romans, husband
<br />and xife, by an "Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate" with the purchase
<br />price being paid by installments and the Survivorship Warranty Deed for conveyance
<br />of the real estate being held in escrow by Bank of Doniphan, Boniphan, Nebraska, escrow
<br />agent.

<br />SVilliam F. Schuppan a:.d Ornah L. Schuppan, husband and wife, hereby give notices
<br />1. The above described real es*..ate has been sold by written "Agreement for Sale
<br />and Purchase of Real Bstate" to Harry J. Romans and Eller. C. Romans, husband and wife,
<br />by an agreement dated the 8th day of June, 1979.
<br />2. The purchase price for the sale of the premises by i7illiam F. Schuppan and
<br />Orman L. Schuppan, husband and wife, to Harry J. Romans and Ellen C. Romans; husband
<br />gad wife, is, according to the terms of the "Agreement for the Sale a*xi Purchase of
<br />Real Estate" to be paid for by installments, the last installment payment of which is
<br />due a~ payable on June $, 1}89, together with interest on the unpaid balance of prin-
<br />ci~al to the last installment payment date.
<br />3. A Survivorship Warranty Deed comteying the above described real estate, du]Sr
<br />and properly executed by 'tlilliam F. Schuppan and Orman L. Schuppan, husband and wife,
<br />as grantor, to Harx-f J. Romans and Ellen C. Romans, husband and wife, as grantee, has
<br />been delivered to the Hank of Deniphan, Don_phan, Nebraska, the escrow agent, according
<br />to the terms and previsions of the "Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate".
