<br />NELLIE MAXZNE LUTI€ER NUNNENKAMP and RALPH MADDOX, in considera-
<br />tion of partial payment of the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage
<br />described in this Partial Release of Mortgage, release the following
<br />described seal estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Four,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />from the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part of the
<br />lots of the Subdivision and on other Iand described in the Mortgage
<br />executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green, husband and
<br />wife, Mortgagors, to Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp and Ralph
<br />Maddox, Mortgagees, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October 7,
<br />1977, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 77-005860, given as security for the
<br />payment of the debt described in the Mortgage.
<br />This Partial Release of Mortgage is given on the express condi-
<br />tion it wall in no way affect the lien of the Mortaaaa nn r_he
<br />remaining land described in the Mortgage but shall only be construed
<br />as release from the lien of the Mortgage as to the real estate
<br />specifically described in this Partial Release of Mortgage.
<br />LeRoy Nunnenkamp, husband of Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp,
<br />and Helen Maddox, wife of Ralph Maddox, join their respective spouses
<br />in executing and delivering this Partial Release of Mortgage for
<br />binding their statutory interests in the re :1 estate.
