<br />CONDITIONAL SALE CONTRACT
<br />THIS AGF.EEEi~NI' is herewith made, by and between Keith E. Flint and
<br />Dora J. Flint, hereinafter called Sellers and Thomas G. Schmidt, hereinafter
<br />called Buyer.
<br />The Sellers herewith, in consideration of Seven Tnonsamd Seven
<br />Hundred Bollars ($7,700.00) to them paid, receipt at which is herewith
<br />acknowledged, do agree to transfer, sell sad convey the following described
<br />real estate ~ the Buyer, canditioasd upon the following set out below
<br />tat Eight (8) sad the ideat 26.Lt feet of Lot Nine (9), Block
<br />DSO in FnsseT liheeler~s Addltion to the City of Grand Ieland,
<br />Hall Countp, Nebraska
<br />COtdDITIONFD HOF'EVER shat if the Sellers repay to the Buyer the ann of $7,700.04
<br />within 180 days from the date of this doCUn`snt, or the 2nd dap of December,
<br />1974, this contract to be null and void.
<br />The Sellers herewith agree that they will, concnrreatla with the
<br />signing of this document, execute and deliver a Quitclaim Deed covering this
<br />sane propertp, naming the Bajer as grantee, to Gerald B. Buechler as Escrmw
<br />Agent, who v~ll hold the same, and not deliver it to the Buyer, unless there
<br />is a default oa behalf of the Sellers to the testes of this agreement.
<br />It is ihrther agreed by sod betteeea the Sellers and Buyer that tt~e
<br />Sellers near, prior to the 2~ day of Decseber, 1979, pav to the Bider the
<br />sum of '700.00, and request the Dwyer to extend this agrees~ent for anther
<br />6 months, or until the 2nd day of Jane, 1480.
<br />Zt is further agreed bg atxi between the parties hereto that in the
<br />went the Sellers do repay the ~ of $7,700.00 tq the Bayer, as hereinbetore
<br />provided for, the Sscrow Agent, Gerald B. Buechler, shall, upon proof at such
<br />ptyxrant, return the Qaitclaim FSesd to the Sellers.
<br />Zt is 3brther agreed by the parties hereto that if the Sellers
<br />be~see in arrears on mortgage payuents to prior lien holders, to the extent
<br />of two (2) of such pa4ments, that sack arrearages sha12 constitute a default
<br />of this agreement by the Sellers.
