<br />POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Viola Falldorf, residing at 107 East 18th Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do by these presents make, constitute,
<br />and appoint my son, Ronald Falldorf, of 7924 Anders Circle, LaMesa,
<br />C.A 92041, or his wife, Janice Falldorf, of 7924 Anders Circle, LaMesa,
<br />CA 92041, or my granddaughter, Deborah Falldorf, of 5704 Baltimore
<br />Drive, #22, LaMesa, CA 92041, or my son, Kenneth Falldorf, 3940 W. 187th,
<br />of Torrance, CA 90504, or any of them, my Attorney-in-Fact, to do for
<br />me and on my behalf any of the following:
<br />1. To withdraw by check or otherwise from any checking
<br />account or savings account which I may have.
<br />2. To endorse checks for deposit to my checking account
<br />or savings account and to receive any property or
<br />credits owned by me, including any monies payable
<br />to me by any governmental agency.
<br />3. To sell or lease any assets owned by me, whether
<br />real estate or personal rpoeprty and including
<br />homestead property, at such prices, on such terms,

<br />at private or public sale or negotiation as my
<br />Attorneys-in-Fact deem advisable, They may convey
<br />any property so sold.by them by instruments of con-
<br />veyance with customary warranties.
<br />4. To enter into agreements pertaining to any property or
<br />interest in propertyy owned by me and on such terms as
<br />my Attorneys-in-Fact deem advisable. This shall include
<br />contracts for goods, repairs, improvements, replacements,
<br />and personal services for the maintenance of my property.
<br />5. In general, to enter into any business transactions per-
<br />taining to my property and for my maintenance as fully
<br />as I could do it myself.
<br />To enter into any contracts or agreements for any medical,
<br />domiciliary, or other care needed by me as determined to
<br />be in my best interests by my Attorneys-in-Fact, and to
<br />pay all fees and charges necessary for my maintenance
<br />and care. To au~e_arize any medical procedures for me.
<br />I ratify and cor:firm all acts done by my Attorneys-in-Fact under
<br />this Power of Attorney. I reserve the right to revoke this Power of
<br />Attorney by the filing of such revocation in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. This Power of Attorney
<br />shall remain in full force even though I may hereafter become
<br />mentally or physically incompetent.
