_ -,: i <br />~ 79-~ U1t3449 <br />It is expressly covenanted and agreed by the undersigned Assignors <br />that at the time of the execution and deliuery of this Assignment there has been <br />na anticipation or prepayment of any rents by any of the tenants occupying the <br />above-described progerty or by any of the lessees in any o£ the above-sentioned <br />leases, <br />It is further covenanted and agreed that all leases or subleases covering <br />all or any part of said premises shall be approved by First Federal, its successors <br />oz assigns, prier to the execution thereof.
