<br />SEC1'lON 3. The following street in Che district shall be improved by pains;, curbing,
<br />guttering, and all incidental work in connection t!uret,*itlt:
<br />Sun Valley Drive from Sunset Avenue to Delaware Avenue.
<br />Said improvetaents shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by
<br />the Engineer for the Oity and approved by the Mayor and Council.
<br />SECTION 4. The i^provements shall be made at ,:ublic cost, but the cost thereof,
<br />excluding iniersectiotts, shall be assessed upon tlec lots and lands in the district specially
<br />benefited thereby, as provided by lay.
<br />SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after ics passage
<br />approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by lay.
