<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That we, J. C. Haile and Rub} C. Haile, as joint tenants,
<br />by Jack D. Haile, their attorney in fact, sellers, do by these
<br />presents, in consideration of One dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration, do hereby sell, set over, transfer, and assign
<br />unto Charles E. Gallagher and .lean M. Gallagher, as joint tenants,
<br />buyers, all of our interest in the improvements, comprising
<br />primarily a dwelling with attached garage, situated on the follow-
<br />ing described leased premises:
<br />Lot Five (S), having a lake front footage of 5O feet,
<br />situated on the West side of the West portion of
<br />KLester Lake and being on a part of the E'~SW'~ in
<br />Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, bounded on the Northerly side by the common
<br />road, such lot is as shown on a plat in the possession
<br />of the Lasso

<br />tcgether with. full possession of said premises.
<br />Sellers further assign to the buyers, all their interest
<br />in their lease with Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor, for the above
<br />described premises and which lease was executed March 1, 1975
<br />and extends to February 2$, 2010.
<br />Sellers further hereby assign to the buyers, their I5O
<br />shares of common stock in Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />Sellers warrant that they are the owners of the improve-
<br />ments on said premises, the owne~sof said lease, and the owners
<br />of said stock, and that they are entitled and authorized to sell
<br />the same to the buyers; that said property items are free of alI
<br />liens and encumbrances and teat they will defend the same against
<br />the claims of all persons whomsoever.
