Lessor hereby gives his consent to such assignment or reassignment, and in addition, Lessor further agrees that so long as The State Bank of Cairo or the United States Small Business Ada_inistration hss not entered into possession of the premises covered by this lease, The State Bank of Cairo and/or the United States Small Business Administration shall not be liable for rent or any other obligation of Lessee, and Lessee shall remain liable for sai3 rent and all such ether obligations.
