<br />Robert R. Rector, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes
<br />and says that he is the father of Pamela J. Rector, James G.
<br />Rector, and Robert R. Rector, Jr., and that he knows of his own
<br />knowledge that none of said parties were married and are not
<br />presently married. The af.fiant further states that the deeds to
<br />real estate flied in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11
<br />County, Nebraska, with file numbers as follows: 79-002333, 79-
<br />002555, 77-007475, 79-001210, 79-OOI569, 79-002208, 78-006231,
<br />78-002450, 78-000430, 78-000429, 77-003703, respectively pertaining
<br />to lots numbered 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 9, 7, 1, 10, 11, i2, 16, 19,
<br />20, 23, 14, 13, and ZS in West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Haii County, Nebraska, were erroneously
<br />prepared, omitting the fact that in each instance the grantor or
<br />grantors were single.
<br />The affiant further states that this affidavit ?~ for the
<br />purposes of certifying that when each and every one of said deeds
<br />was executed, the grantor or grantors therein were single persons.
