7J- ~f~32Q7 <br />-z- <br />X79-001735 of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, in <br />favor of Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with <br />all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said mortgagee. <br />and to her heirs and assigns forever, provided always, and these <br />presents are upon the express condition that if the said <br />mortgagor, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, shall <br />pay or cause to be paid to the said mortgagee, her heirs, execu- <br />tors, administrators, or assigns, the principal sum of Twenty <br />Thgivaanci and noe'100 Dollars CS20;000.00) payable on demand with <br />interest according to the tenor and affect of the mortgagor's <br />written promissory note bearing even date with these presents and <br />shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, <br />and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon this <br />mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure, and <br />all payments due under the terms of the first mortgage in favor <br />of ~3ome Federal Savings ~ Loan referred to herein, before the <br />same becomes delinquent, and keep the buildings on said premises <br />insured in a sufficient sum to cover the balance of the note <br />secured by this mortgage, then these presents to be void, other- <br />wise to be and remain in full force and effect. <br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that if the said mortgagor shall <br />fail to pay such taxes ar procure such insurance or make such <br />first mortgage payments, the said mortgagee may pay such taxes, <br />procure such insurance or make such first mortgage payments; and <br />the sums so advanced, with interest at the rate of nine percent <br />(9~) per annum, shall be repaid by said mortgagor, and this <br />mortgage shall stand as security for the same and further that a <br />failure to pay any of said money, either principal or interest, <br />when the same becomes due ar failure to comply with any of the <br />foregoing agreements, shall. cause the whole sum of money herein <br />secured to became due and collectible at once at the option of <br />the mortgagee. <br />
