<br />79- t.;: ~; ~ ~ 85 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />The City of Grand island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, herein <br />called the Grantor, in consideration of Seventy-eight Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars (578,500.00) received from Grantees, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />PLAZA SQTJA.RE , <br />` a partnershir comprised of Don Nuisr_!an, P. E. Sta^hcns, .7r. , ..lvs_n P. <br />Alms, and Milan D. Bish, the following described real property in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight ($), <br />Block Sixty-seven (67), Original Town, new City_ of <br />Grand Island, Hail County, Debraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the Grantees <br />and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever sa long as the Premises is <br />used in conformity with the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Develop- <br />ment Plan of the City of brand Island, D?ebraska, and so long as all of <br />the following conditions are met: <br />1. Grantees sha]1 develop the Premises herein com~eyed for commer- <br />cial andiar retail use in accordance with Grantees' proposal to purchase <br />said Premises, which proposal is on file with the Community Development <br />Agency, together with the final plans for said redevelopment approved <br />by the Community Development Agency and the Chief Building Official of <br />the City of Grand Island, A'ebraska. <br />2. Grantees shall begin construction of the improvements on the <br />Premises within six (E) months from the date of this deed of conveyance, <br />and said construction shall be completed within one (1) year from the <br />date of this deed unless completion time is waived by the Director of <br />the Community P=_velopvnent Abe*cy as a re,u:lt of acts or conditions beyond <br />the control of the Grantees, The project shall be deemed completed as <br />of the date that the Director of Community Development Agency finally <br />examines the Premises and finds it to meet the requirements of the plans <br />and specifications prop©sed, submitted and approved for the commercial <br />aadlor ~~~, development pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan and the <br />~"-~++*+ity Development Plan for the project. <br />- ~ - <br />
