?9-- a,, G 3 .~ 4 ~p LICENSE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT by and between the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as-.the City, and Roger W. Luft and Donna R. Luft, husband and wife, and -Ear"L J. Hardy and Linda R. Hardy, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the Licensee: tdITNESSETH WHEREAS, the Licensees have received permits for the con- struction of multi-family residential units upon Lots 1 and 3, in Block Six (6), College Addition to West Lawn> An Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Ha11 County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the Licensees must now connect said structures to public water and sanitary sewer.serviees; and WHEREAS, the location of said multi-family units for future sales purposes would require easements of respective water and sewer sines across the adjacent property. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants here- in contained, the parties agrees as follows: i. the City hereby grants_to the Licensees permits to connect the aforementioned multi-family unit structures to Citt° water and sewer services . 2. In the event the Licensees sell any building upon the above-described property to a third party, the Licensees shall grant to said third party and retain a private utility easement for purposes of maintaining said private water and sanitary sewer services. The Licensees further agree to file this document in the Hall County Register of Deeds office for the purpose of notifying future buyers. 3. This License shall take effect immediately upon the date of execution by the last party executing this agreement and shall con- tinue for an %ndefinite term, and shall be terminated only upon agreement of the parties, ar their successors and assigns. - 1 - ~.?, ' ''' ~.. , `~
