Hoagland, Mary J. Hoagland and First Savir_gs Company, Grand Island, Defendants, the object and prayer of which are to foreclose a certain real estate mortgage under which is due and owing the principal sum of Twenty- four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-one and 05/100 Dollars (524,781.05) together with accumulated interest, late charges and other expenses, on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot One (i) of Norwood Subdivision of part of the West Half of the Northwest (2uarter (ii'~) of Section Ten {i0), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9} ~Fest of the 6th P.M., excepting therefrom the West One Hundred Thirty-four feet (134'} of the South Seventy-one and eight tenths feet (71.$') of the North One Hundred Fifty and five tenths feet (150.5') therefrom, in Hall County, Nebraska, given by the Defendants, Hoagland, on the 24th day of April, 1974, to the Plaintiff, and said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on !+lay 8, 1974, and duly recarded in Book i65, Fage 143, of Mortgage Records . Plaintiff claims that there is now due the principal sum of Tpt~tty-faur Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-one and 05j100 Dollars ($24,781,t?51 plus interest, late charges and other expenses on -l-
