,T9-~~~~3~U9 <br />AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 21st day of April, 1973, <br />by and between LAWR'eNCE NATTRASS and ELLA QUANDT NATTRASS, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, of the first <br />part, called the "Setlers,~ and HARRY R. LASCHANZKY and JULIANNE <br />LASCHANZKY, husband and wife, of the seeond part, called the "Buyers," <br />YITNESSETH: <br />That Seller has this day sold to Buyer, the following-described <br />teat estate, to-wit: <br />Lot Six (bj in i=airacres uairy Subdivision, excepting the <br />South Twenty Feet (5 20') thereof, all being located in <br />the Southwest darter (SHs) of Section Twelve (12), <br />Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of <br />the 6th P.M., <br />together with all singular tetrements, hereditaments, and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging or i'n anywise appertaining, for which Buyer agrees <br />to pay Seller the s~ of Eight Thousand Five Hundred & No/100 (38,500.00) <br />Ooitars, payable as follows: <br />3100.00, cash in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknow- <br />ledged; <br />$8,400.00, payable at the rate of $90.00 per aeonth, the first <br />such-$90.00 payment being due and owing on May 5, 1973; and <br />390.00 on the 5th day of each and every month thereafter <br />until the entire principal and interest shall be paid in <br />furl; the said 390.00 payment being f#rst applied to the <br />interest and then to the principal. <br />The unpaid principal shall draw interest at the rate of <br />seven percent (IS? per annun, and the interest shalt be <br />payable on the saw date as the principal payment is due <br />hereunder. <br />it is understood and agreed between the parties that Buyer <br />>~ pay additional sums in multiples of $100.00 on any principal peYuent <br />date. <br />It is .further understood and agreed beiaveen the parties that <br />Sellers rtili finish Buyer a good and suffici~t abstract of title <br />of retard to tht premises, herein described in-the Sellers within <br />1:ifta~ (15j.days-fr~q-daft. <br />
