,T9-~~~~3~U9 AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 21st day of April, 1973, by and between LAWR'eNCE NATTRASS and ELLA QUANDT NATTRASS, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, of the first part, called the "Setlers,~ and HARRY R. LASCHANZKY and JULIANNE LASCHANZKY, husband and wife, of the seeond part, called the "Buyers," YITNESSETH: That Seller has this day sold to Buyer, the following-described teat estate, to-wit: Lot Six (bj in i=airacres uairy Subdivision, excepting the South Twenty Feet (5 20') thereof, all being located in the Southwest darter (SHs) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., together with all singular tetrements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or i'n anywise appertaining, for which Buyer agrees to pay Seller the s~ of Eight Thousand Five Hundred & No/100 (38,500.00) Ooitars, payable as follows: 3100.00, cash in hand, receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged; $8,400.00, payable at the rate of $90.00 per aeonth, the first such-$90.00 payment being due and owing on May 5, 1973; and 390.00 on the 5th day of each and every month thereafter until the entire principal and interest shall be paid in furl; the said 390.00 payment being f#rst applied to the interest and then to the principal.
