DWORAK, Husband and <br />Wife, each in His and Her own right and as spouse of each other, herein called the grantor <br />tahether one or more in consideration of FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO(100 <br />($87,450.40) DOLLARS received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm <br />unto JOHN A, SGHWTEGER and KATHLEEN S.
