<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary petition in bankruptcy was
<br />filed by Arlen G, Hilgenkamp, in the United States District
<br />Court for the District of Nebraska, on the 22nd day of
<br />December, 1978, and the said Arlen G. Hilgenkamp, was
<br />duly adjudged a hankrupt, on the 28th day of December, 1978;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 25th day of January 1979, by
<br />order of said Court, the undersigned was appointed Trustee
<br />of the estate and effects of said Arlen G. Hilgenkamp, and
<br />duly qualified and is now acting as such trustee, and
<br />WHEREAS, an order approving sale was duly entered on
<br />the 3rd day of May 1979, by The Honorable David
<br />L. Crawford, United States Bankruptcy Judge, authorizing
<br />the undersigned Trustee to sell at private sale to Arlen
<br />G. Hilgenkamp, pursuant to the application filed with this
<br />Court, the real estate described as a one-half interest in
<br />Lot Twenty-tP.ree (23), and the North Three (3) Feet of Lot
<br />Twenty-four (24), West Lawn Addition to the City of Grand
<br />island, Hali County, Nebraska,
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned did, pursuant to said order
<br />and does by these presents sell said property to Arlen G.
<br />Hilgenkamp at private sale pursuant to the application after
<br />allowances for the homestead exemption.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in bankruptcy
<br />of Arlen G. Hilgenkamp, by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the Bankruptcy Act, by virtue of said order of the Court,
<br />and pursuant to said application and for other valuable con-
<br />sideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said
<br />Arlen G. Hilgenkamp, his representatives, heirs, and assigns
<br />forever, all my right, title, and interest as such trustee
<br />itt and to the following described property:
<br />One-half interest in Lot Twenty-three (23), ar_d
<br />the North Three {3) Feet of Lot Twenty-four
<br />(24), West Lawn Addition to the Gity of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HA?~': A.ND TO H~JT D said property to the said
<br />Arlen G. Hilgenkamp, his representatives, heirs and assigns
<br />forever, as fully and campietely as T, the undersigned as
<br />such trustee, by virtue or said order confiraing the sale
<br />thereof and of the Bankruptcy Aet, might or should sell and
<br />convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties
<br />herein, and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against
<br />said Trustee, either individually or as such Trustee.
