<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, Jim D. Narber and Donna R. Narber, and
<br />Rex E. Carpenter and Jonadyne A. Carpenter, hereby covenant and agree to pay to The
<br />First National Bank of Grand Tsland, Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order,
<br />the principal sum of THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($34,000.00), together
<br />with interest thereon at Eleven Per Cent (11%) per annum from the date hereof, such
<br />s•,nn ~o be payable 91 days from data. Interest payable at maturity.
<br />The original principal note in the amount of Thirty-Four Thousand and no/100 Dollars
<br />;$34,000.00), was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of
<br />~. December 15, 1977, to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and -was due and payable on the 15th day of December, 1978, together with interest at
<br />4~ per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded under Document #178-000813 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned agree to pay such extended balance of principal of Thirty-Four
<br />Thousand and no/200 Dollars, together with interest thereon at Eleven Per Cent (11%)
<br />per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful money of the united
<br />Staees of America at The First. National Bank of Grand Island, C>rand Island, Nebraska.
<br />All of the covenants snd agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall he and remain unchanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment
<br />of nay yearly installment hereunder, ur any part thereof, the whole principal sum,
<br />with interest thereon, shall iffiediately become due and payable at the election cf
<br />the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded under Document #78-000813 of the
<br />Real Estate Mortgage records of Ha11 County, Nebraska, as the first mortgage lien
<br />upon the real property described therein, and the whale of the title thereto as now
<br />owned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
<br />nay acquire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge any and
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the payrsent of which is
<br />herein extended.
