<br />You are hereby notified Chat on the ~_ day of May, 1979,
<br />The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Ne-
<br />braska, a corporation, filed its petition and action in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska against defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of whieh are to foreclose a certain mortgage on the follow-
<br />ing described real estate:
<br />Lot Forty-Two {42) in Block One (1), in West Height's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and - :2811 W. 4th St.)
<br />Lot Fourteen (24) in West Height's Addition (being the
<br />same as Lot 14, in Block 1, in West Height`s Addition)

<br />given btty said defendants, Hichael W. O'Hara and Virginia L. O'Hara,
<br />husband and wife on the 3rd day of May, 1972 to plaintiff, and that
<br />said mortgage was duly filed for record in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska on the 4th day of May, 1472 in Book
<br />157 of Mortgages at Page 379.
<br />That an the 3rd day of October, 1972 Michael W. O'Hara and
<br />Virginia L. O'Hara conveyed said premises to defendants, David A.
<br />Dumont and Cathrine A. Dumont, husband and wife, as joint tenants.
<br />Such deed was zecorded on October 10, 1972 in Book 169 of Deeds,
<br />at page 300. On October 10, 1972, defendants, David A. Dumont and
<br />Gathrine A. Dumont executed for valuable consideration, an Assumption
<br />Agreement to the plaintiff without release of the original mortgagors,
<br />defendants-O'Hara.
<br />Plaintiff claims there is now due E13,018.33 plus interest of
<br />$819.67 through May 31, 1979 on said mortgage, and it prays for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount due
<br />on its mortgage with interest and court costs.
