Kuehner; that the said Elizabeth Ann Kuehner was <br />instantly killed in an automobi?e accident on November 1, <br />1958, in Yankton, South Dakota a± the age of 73 years. <br />That the said Elizabeth An r. Kuehner was survived by her <br />above named spouse and 6y her daughters, Lorraine R. DeMartini <br />and Laura R. Nicholas, that Affiant knows of his own personal <br />knowledge that said decedent was buried November 4, 1968, at <br />St. Joseph's Cemetery, in Constance, Nebraska. <br />That Affiant consulted with the family of the decedent <br />at the time of her death regarding said auto accident and <br />related matters, and personally saw and examined newspaper <br />notices regarding the decedent`s death, a certified copy of <br />the dea~h certificate for said decedent issued on November 8, <br />l95$, and personally knows that decedent`s death is of record <br />in the Gffice of the Clerk of the Courts of Yankton County, <br />South Dakota and xrith the Department of Health of the State <br />of South Dakota. <br />-''~ <br />i•urther Affiant sayeth not. --~5 <br />Py.'!
