Wynkoop, attorney for John R. <br />Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Commissioner <br />of Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Harold <br />D. Carey, doing business as Carey Construction, doing business in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment <br />Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on <br />his employment for the fourth quarter of 1977, in the sum of $160.62; <br />and the second, third and fourth quarters of 1978, in the sum of <br />$1037.00; and interest in the sum of $105.73, with interest at the <br />rate of one per cent per month on the sum of $1197.62, from May 10, <br />1979. <br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner <br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby <br />claims a lien in the sum of $1303.35, with interest at the rate of <br />one ger cent per month on the sum of $1197.62, until paid, upon any <br />and a1i property, real or personal, of said Harold D.
