79-~ tta~~~~~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />WEST[dO0D PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION <br />Hal? County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband <br />and wife; and Richard L. Geist and Barbara D. Geist; husband and wife, <br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land com- <br />prising a part of the South Haif of the Northeast Quarter (S~NE%) of <br />Section Fourteen {14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (IO) West <br />of the 6th P,M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot Eight (8), <br />testwood Park Subdivision; thence southerly along the <br />West line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of one hundred <br />seventy (170) feet to the Southwest Corner of said Lot <br />Eight ($); thence westerly along the South line of said <br />Lot Eight (8), if extended, a distance of four (4) feet; <br />thence southerly along the west line of said Westwood Park <br />Subdivision a distance of two hundred thirty (230) feet <br />to the Southwest Corr_er of Lot Nine (9), Westwood Park <br />Subdivision; thence westerly along a line four hundred <br />(400) feet South of and parallel to the North line of <br />said South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S~iVE`%) a distance <br />of nine hundred fifty-four (954) feet; thence deflecting <br />left 48° 21' 16" and running southwesterly a distance of <br />three hundred eighty-eight and one-tenth (388.1) feet; <br />thence deflecting left 42° 15` 24" and running southerly <br />a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 40° 36' 40" and running westerly a distance of three <br />hundred ninety-one and three-hundredths (391.03) feet to a <br />point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NEB); thence <br />northerly along the West line of said Northeast Quarter <br />(NE3) a distance of eight hundred (800) feet to the North- <br />west Corner of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(S~NE~); thence easterl~,~ along the North line of said South <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (5~NE3) a distance of one <br />thousand six hundred ten and fifty-seven hundredths (1,610.57) <br />feet to the place of beginning, and containing 19.226 acres, <br />more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br />Grand island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known as Westwood Park Second Subdivision, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br />streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots desig- <br />nated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and <br />- 1 - <br />lB'4 "~,~ <br />
