Geist and Barbara D. Geist; husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land com- prising a part of the South Haif of the Northeast Quarter (S~NE%) of Section Fourteen {14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (IO) West of the 6th P,M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot Eight (8), testwood Park Subdivision; thence southerly along the West line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of one hundred seventy (170) feet to the Southwest Corner of said Lot Eight ($); thence westerly along the South line of said Lot Eight (8), if extended, a distance of four (4) feet; thence southerly along the west line of said Westwood Park Subdivision a distance of two hundred thirty (230) feet to the Southwest Corr_er of Lot Nine (9), Westwood Park Subdivision; thence westerly along a line four hundred (400) feet South of and parallel to the North line of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S~iVE`%) a distance of nine hundred fifty-four (954) feet; thence deflecting left 48° 21' 16" and running southwesterly a distance of three hundred eighty-eight and one-tenth (388.1) feet; thence deflecting left 42° 15` 24" and running southerly a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet; thence deflecting right 40° 36' 40" and running westerly a distance of three hundred ninety-one and three-hundredths (391.03) feet to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NEB); thence northerly along the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NE3) a distance of eight hundred (800) feet to the North- west Corner of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S~NE~); thence easterl~,~ along the North line of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter (5~NE3) a distance of one thousand six hundred ten and fifty-seven hundredths (1,610.57) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 19.226 acres, more or less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of Grand island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Westwood Park Second Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots desig- nated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and - 1 - lB'4 "~,~
