BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvemen*_ District No. 980 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. The fullowiag streets in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, Buttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Twelfth Street from the easterly right-of-way Iine of the Burlington Northern 8ailroad to the westerly line of St. Paul Read. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by LLe Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor cad Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, e:eludiag interaectiona, shall be assessed upon the lots and leads in the district specially benefited thereby, as provided by law. SECTIOR 5. This ordinance shalt be 3a force and take effect from and after its passage, approvai, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. -i-
