Return of Contributions of Limited Partners. <br />A Limited Partner is not specifically entitled to return <br />of his capital contribution to the Partnership prior to <br />termination and dissolution of the Partnership; however, <br />the Partnership may make distributions of available funds <br />to the partners from time to time as determined b~- the <br />General Partner. <br />9. Limited Partners' Share in Profits. The share <br />of the profits or the other compensation by way of income <br />which each Limited Partner is entitled to is as follows: <br />Sharon S. Substitution of Limited Partners. ?do assignee, <br />legatee, ciistributee or transferee (by conveyance, operation <br />of Iaw or otherwise) of the whole or any portion of a Limited <br />Partner's interest in the Partnership shall have the right <br />to. become a substituted limited partner, as that term is <br />defined in the Uniform Limited Partnership Act, without <br />written consent of the General Partner.
