PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Millard Abel, as
<br />Personal Representative of the Estate of Elmer Waffle, Deceased,
<br />and pursuant to authority granted him by The Last Will and
<br />Testament of Elmer Waffle, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid to him by
<br />the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto LeRoy
<br />Preisendorf and Fern M. Preisendorf, husband and rife, as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in comnor., the following-described
<br />premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />An undivided One-Fourth interest in Lot Five (5),
<br />in Block Thirty-One (31), of Russel Wheeler's Addition
<br />to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, herleditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the
<br />same, or any part thereof, subject only to easements of record.
<br />The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of
<br />the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title
<br />to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving
<br />Grantee.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />said LeRoy Preisendorf and Fern M. Preisendorf, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, and to their
<br />assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them
<br />forever; and the Grantor hereby covenants that .the Premises are
<br />free and clear of any Iien or encumbrance caused by any claim for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Elmer Waffle, Deceased, and
<br />does hereby warrant that he will defend the said premises against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Millard Abel, as Personal P.egresentative
<br />of the Estate of Elmer Waffle, Deceased, has caused these presents

<br />instrument, and he acknowledged the same to be his voluntary act
<br />and deed.
