WAGONER, An Jnmarried Woman, <br />herei;: called the mortgagor whether ono or more, <br />in consideration of TWENTY EIGHT THOiJSAND and NOJ100------------------------DOLr.~ARS <br />received from mortgagee, does mortgage to THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, the following described pretaises, to wit: <br />Trot Fourteen (11t} in West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />rind the mortgagor does hereby covenant with the mortgagee and with mortgagee's heirs and <br />assigns that mortgagor is lawfully seised of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, that <br />mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same, and that mortgagor warrants and <br />will defend the title to said premises against the law#ul claims of all persona whomsoever. <br />This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the promissory note of this date made by <br />mortgagorfor ~ 28,000.00 payable in 19 semi-annual payments plus interest thereon <br />at the-rate of 10.25 with final payment of $16,713.6$ plus interest due April <br />30, 1989• <br />3ortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real property and all other fazes <br />levied an this mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure before the same become delin- <br />quent and shall :naintain fire, windstorm and extended coverage insurance with a mortgage clause on <br />the buildh:gs on said premises in the sum of ~ 39,500.00 If mortgagor fails to pay such fazes <br />and assessments or procure such insurance, mortgagee msr° pay such taxes and purchase such insurance <br />and the amount so advanced with interest at nine percent per annum. shall be secured by this mortgage. <br />In case of default in the payment of the principal sum or any installment thereof ar of any interest <br />thereon when the same shall become due or in ease of the non-payment of any taxes or assessments or of <br />the failure to maintain insurance as heroin provided, mortgagee may at the option of mortgagee, with- <br />- out notice, at any time daring the eantinnance of such default or breach, declare the whale o'ebt secured <br />by this mortgage to be immediately doe and payable and may foreclose this mortgage. <br />In the everif of defatdt i7t the performance of any of the term, and conditions of this mortgage or <br />-the-note secured by it, the tortgagee shall be entitled to immediate possession of the property above de- <br />scribed sad all the rents, revenue and income derived therefrom during such time as the mortgage in- <br />debtedness remains unpaid shall be applied by the mortgagee to the payment of the note and all other <br />sums secured hereby after deduction of any necessary costs of collection. <br />Dated April. 30, l9 79 <br />Judith A.
