<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, dower, right of home-
<br />stead, claim and demand whatsoever of the said Grantors, of, in or to
<br />the same or any part thereof; subject to the indebtedness secured by
<br />that certain mortgage dated March 23, 1978 recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />78-001643.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and to the Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seized of
<br />said premises; that they are free from encumbrances except as stated
<br />herein; that Grantors have Good-right and lawful authority to convey
<br />the sa.:.e; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to
<br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever
<br />excluding the exceptions as stated herein.
