r-„- <br /> <br />SURVIVORSHIP i+iARRANTY DEED <br />GERALD PERSINGER and BARBARA A. PERSZNGER, husband and wife; <br />anti F. JOHN OGLE and CYNTHIA J. OGLE, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar {$1.OU) and <br />other valuable consideration received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GERALD PERSINGER and <br />BARBARA A. PERSINGER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with <br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called <br />the Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in Lot <br />Three (3) in Block Nineteen (19) in H. G. <br />Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />This is a corrective deed. The deed is transferred and <br />recorded in order to correct a mistake in which the Grantors took <br />title to this real estate by Survivorship Warranty Deed dated <br />February 26, 197`91.
