<br />Township Ten (10), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., kept
<br />gams conveyed to Hall County and the State of Nebraska, which tract
<br />contains 20 acres, more or less, and is located in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Five (5), Mainland, in Section Twelve (12), Township Tea (10),
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 37 acres, more or less.
