<br />This is to certify that a Decree has been entered in the County Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in a proceeding entitied "Ia the Matter of
<br />The Estate of Wayne S. Foster, Deceased", No. 36-232, Docket 36, Page
<br />232, which is a proceeding imrolving prahate of w311, in which the
<br />following described real estate is involved, to-wit:
<br />1. The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter {SE~Si~), and Lots
<br />Three(3}, Four (4), and Five (5), Mainland, all in Section Fourteen
<br />(I4), Township Ten (10), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M,,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 157 acres, more or less.
<br />2. An undivided one--fourth interest in Lots Tea (IO), and Eleven (lI),
<br />in Section Eleven (11}, consisting of approximately Eighty-five
<br />($5) acres, more or less, sad Lots One (1}, Two (2), and Four (4),
<br />in Section Fourteen (14), consisting of approximately One Hundred Fif-
<br />teen (115)°acres, more or less, all of which is located on an Island
<br />in the Platte River, in Township Ten (10), North, Range Niae (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. The East Half {F,'~} of Lot Seven (7), on an Island in Section Nine
<br />(9), Township Ten (10), North, Range Nine (9), West of the bth
<br />P.M., except parts conveyed to Hall County and the State of Nebraska,
<br />which tract contains 20 acres, more or Less, and is located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
